Lincoln Jumps For Joy

Wow, my parents get excited over the smallest things. Yes, I have learned how to jump in my jumpy. In fact, you will notice, that I can jump on cue. Hopefully I can build up my leg muscles so that I can jump higher then my dad. After seeing him play basketball the other day I am not that far off!

What can I say, may parents (MOM!) made me wear this lion costume. Not bad considering all the kisses and attention I got for wearing it. Hopefully in a few years I will be able to eat some of that candy everyone kept giving me!

Lincoln's Growth

Well, I am now 3 1/2 months old and my parents say that my growth rate is off the charts. My Dad loves to brag about how tall I am going to be. According to several on line growth charts at 26 1/4 inches tall I am in the 98% or top 2% for my height and age. I guess this means I am going to be tall. At 16 1/2 pounds I am at the top 95% which means I am in the top 5% for my size. Dad is so proud and hopes I will grow tall so that I can get an NBA contract with the Lakers when I grow up so that I can support my parents! I love you all....

Lincoln's First Soccer Game

I got to see my cousin Brett play in his soccer game today. Brett is awesome at soccer and he scored a bunch of goals! I enjoyed spending time at the soccer field with Grammy, my Auntie Mary, my Cousin Bretty, and my Uncle Chris. Dad showed me off to everyone. Hopefully when I get bigger I can play soccer too. I posted a picture of my Dad and Brett.

Lincoln is Learning How To Talk...Sort Of

Funny how excited my parents get when all I do is say "ga ga goo ga goo ga"! I have learned how to blow bubbles and ramble on for minutes now. I guess I will keep doing this as my parents love it when I do. Finally, Mom went out and bought me bigger diapers....Dad was getting tired of all the blow outs I have been having and making a mess of things. My days have been filled with fun as my parents have been playing with me and teaching me how to roll over. I have not quite figured out how to roll over yet but I am close! I am sure when I do Dad will record it and put it up on this blog :)

Lincoln has lunch with his great grandmother "Nana"

What a day. I drove up to Palos Verdes and had lunch at the Red Onion with my Great Aunt Linda and Great Grandmother NANA! I really enjoyed finally meeting Nana as I have heard such good things about her from my Dad. Nana and I spent some quality time together while I sat in her arms and oogled with her. I must say that I really like Nana's new hairdo and I am even more impressed with her status as President of the facility she lives in. I am also happy that my Auntie Linda passed her Real Estate Broker's Exam. I am surrounded by such talent I must say. Ok, time for me to have someone feed me and put me to bed so I have to go.

Lincoln Spends The Day In The 909

I got to visit my Aunti Terry in the 909 today. What fun. She hugged on me for hours. Mom and Aunti took me out for sushi and we ate until our heart was content. Although the sushi was good it was certainly not as good as my favorite sushi restaurant Irassi! Mom was tired so we stayed the night in the 909. I really missed my Dad and was upset I had to spend a night away from him. When I get home tomorrow I am going to show him how much I missed him by making sure I have a nice load in my diapers for him to change :)

Lincoln Does Sushi....Irassi Style

Mom and Dad took me out for sushi this weekend. We went to our favorite place called Irassi in Huntington Beach. The owner, Jon, came by our table and was very friendly to me. Mom and Dad noshed on sushi and drinks. I didn't want to disturb their good time so I decided to sleep through most of the dinner. I was a little hungry so Dad had to feed me as you can see in the picture. All in all I had a good weekend!

Lincoln Visits Grandma At Starbucks

I got to spend the morning with Grandma at Starbucks. I learned how to make a vanilla latte! Grandma was kissing and hugging on me the whole time. I must have had red lipstick all over my face. I don't mind it because I love the attention my Mema gives me. Thanks again for all the lovin Grandma, see you soon.

My Crazy Parents

They are learning as they go. You will notice that the picture to the left was taken right before they found out they were pregnant with me. Dad has figured out how to change my diaper in 5 seconds flat. He doesn't even give me a chance to pee on him! Mom is awesome, when ever I cry she busts open her blouse and then life is good. Mom and Dad have already taken me on several adventures including the movies, my first concert at the House of Blues, the Orange County Fair, the crash up derby, the beach, and Aloha Grill for rainbows. Life has been pretty good so far....

My First Movie - Tropic Thunder

On Monday Mom and Dad took me to see Tropic Thunder. The movie was loud and to be honest I really did not like it very much. To show my appreciation for taking me out of my comfort zone I decided to cry and poop myself. Mom had to walk me around the theatre to sooth me and change my diaper. I fell back asleep and Mom took me back into the movie. Dad seemed to be enjoying the movie and relaxing and I felt it was time to take him out of his comfort zone so I started crying again. Needles to say Mom had to walk me around again. I underestimated the creepiness of Movie goers. Do these people have jobs? I think I have more teeth then they d0...and I don't have any teeth? Eeesh. All in all it was ok although it sounded like Mom and Dad were not big fans of the movie.

LINCOLN POOPS HIMSELF
Sept 4th, 2008

Once again Lincoln has pooped himself. He seems to do this many times a day and his lucky Dad has the pleasure of changing his poop filled diapers. When Lincoln is not busy pooping himself you can find him eating formula, peeing his diapers, eating, peeing his diapers again, sleeping, then eating again. Troy has become increasingly jealous of Lincoln's alone time with Mom's boobs! Typical day in the life of Lincoln....at 4am he wakes up and Troy gets to change his poop filled diaper (Troy is half asleep so it isn't so bad) then feed him. Troy puts him down about 4:40am. 7am rolls around and Lincoln gets his poop filled diaper changed and he is fed again. Are you noticing a trend. Just multiply that by 8 and you get the story. Cheers.
